Aftermarket Coil Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

Inside Aftermarket sales activity comprising of outbound telemarketing and direct mail to general leads, prepare and follow up on proposals, communicate internally and externally for current status of orders and deliveries, and maintain contact database.

Experience / Training:

Minimum of three to five years in Aftermarket sales environment and customer communication required.  Experience in induction heating systems and/or foundry industry preferred.  Must possess excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.  Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Essential Functions:

  • Proactively sell products/services to new and existing customer base.
  • Establish new account relationships.
  • Be a self-starter, independent, motivated to be successful and effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Work with Regional Sales Managers to prepare proposals.
  • Investigate product/service warranty claims and ensure resolution of customer complaints following marketing policies.
  • Develop and maintain database related to customer trends, competitive products and pricing and submit reports to management.  Prepare and submit reports on sales efforts and expenses required.
  • Maintain constant customer contact to ensure long-term satisfaction and development of customer relationships.
  • Handle miscellaneous duties as assigned
