Job Summary:

Perform a wide variety of duties to maintain, test and repair simple to complex electrical and mechanical products in the customers’ facility.

Experience / Training:

Requires three to five years experience in electronics and electrical/mechanical functions.  Additional experience in Induction Heating / Melting and hydraulics a plus.  Associate Degree in electronics/related field or equivalent experience.

Essential Functions:

• Troubleshoot to component level problems with our company products in the field.
• Static check company products to determine the nature of the problem.
• Repair electronic or mechanical failures and replace parts.
• Document steps taken to correct the problem and feedback information to the Service Manager.
• Effectively communicate with customers.
• Travel domestically 90% and International travel is needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Handle miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Tools / Equipment Used:

Oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, hand tools, computer, and telephone.
