Induction heating offers repeatability when brazing, soldering and joining. Direct localized heating of the braze area minimizes radiant heat to the environment or work cell. Both high volume and mixed production processes area compatible with induction for controlled repeatability, strength and quality. As in any manufacturing system, the proper selection of equipment, combined with good manufacturing practices can lead to safe long-term, trouble-free operation. The Cycle-Dyne product group offers the latest innovations in medium and high frequency power supplies. Utilizing MOSFET and IGBT power devices, we are constantly expanding our power supply capabilities, which currently include frequencies of 10 kHz to 400 kHz, with output configurations of 500 watts through 100 kilowatts.
