Slew Ring Hardening

Designed to heat bearing raceways, used for manufacturing Cranes, Mining Equipment, Wind Generators, the fixture can also process inner and outer roller bearing races that include nose, support, and retaining ring configurations.  Nose rings can be geared or non-geared. The Heat Station Assembly is mounted to a tracking mechanism follower which rides in the bearing raceway and automatically adjusts the inductors to maintain a preset gap between the inductors and the bearing raceway. « Back
